The Bible says that we are like a body – every person in a church has a part to play, and no one part is any more important than any other. There are loads of ways you can play your part at King’s Church Kingston..
Firstly, we encourage everyone who can to be involved in a Life Group. You can learn more about these – and find one that suits you – through our dedicated Life Groups page, but essentially these are smaller groups of people who gather midweek to dig deeper into what we’ve heard about on a Sunday. They are great places to get to know others in the church and to learn from each other’s experience and understanding.
Whether you’re in a Life Group or not, we’re always in need of people to serve in some of the teams that help make Sundays happen. Please visit our Serving in the Church page to find out where your skills and talents may be a good fit.
Of course, the church isn’t just about Sundays, though – we want to be good news to our community as well. We’re involved in three key projects working in and around Kingston, and there are lots of ways you can get involved. Visit our ‘For Kingston’ page to learn more.
Once you’ve been coming to the church for a while, you may decide you want to become a church member. We hold regular ‘Exploring Church Membership’ courses (usually on a Sunday morning) where you can find out what this entails and if it is right for you. Please contact the office to let us know if you would like to learn more.
