IgniteYouth
Ignite is the name of the youth ministry here at King’s Church, for tweens and teens in school years 7-13.
We meet weekly on Sundays, at our 4:30PM New Malden service (KT3 6DR), and fortnightly* on Fridays from 7:30PM at various venues.
* This term we’re meeting EVERY Friday, as we’re running the Alpha Youth series on alternate Fridays.

Sundays at New Malden
Worship is so much more than just singing; it's about how we live our whole lives in response to who God is. This term in Sunday Ignite, we're exploring what it means to truly worship God with our hearts, words, actions, and choices.
Overview of Sundays
1st Sunday of the month: Ignite in for Together Service and Serving Sunday for AV, hospitality, and King’s Kids
2nd Sunday of the month*: Games, discussion on preach of the Together Service, prayer
3rd Sunday of the month**: Ignite service (worship, 15-20 minute talk, response/prayer/ministry time)
4th Sunday of the month: Previous Ignite format (games, discussion on talk from previous week, prayer)
5th Sunday of the month (March, June, November): Ignite in service and Serving Sunday for Worship, AV, King’s Kids, and hosting
*: our 16+ will have a bible study
**: At NM, every 3rd Sunday is Love New Malden. Ignite will be taking part in this once a term, and the other months we will be having a ‘typical Sunday service’ for Ignite.

Overview of Fridays
Youth Night at Thames Ditton: £3 unlimited tuck shop, FIFA and NBA video games, Just Dance Wii, table tennis, karaoke, table football, basketball, twister and more!
Out and about Friday: past Friday Ignite outings include - pub dinner and bowling, laser quest, Jump In Esher, night walks, dinner parties
Cross-church collaborations: Sometimes we host larger socials with friends from other churches within the Newground network, or in our local area. We meet termly with youth from Hersham Baptist Church and Life Church Richmond.
Alpha Youth gives young people the space to explore their questions about life, faith and purpose. It has been created to enable young people aged 12-17 to explore core ideas of the Christian faith in a relevant, accessible and engaging way.
