IgniteYouth
Ignite is the name of the youth ministry here at King’s Church, for tweens and teens in school years 7-13.
We meet weekly on Sundays, at our 4:30PM New Malden service (KT3 6DR), and fortnightly on Fridays from 7:30PM at our Thames Ditton venue (KT7 0PN).

What to expect on Sundays
Ignite stay in for all of sung worship, and head out with their leaders about 5:00PM for their session.
Once in the session they will engage in some games, short teaching, and group discussions. Each session ends with prayer.
This term in Sunday Ignite:
We’d love to see our young people step out more, so this term in Ignite, our youth will continue focusing on growing in their relationship with God, through learning how to listen to Him, and how to encourage others.
We will end the term with two ‘one off’ sessions on sharing your faith, and being an influencer respectively.

Overview of Fridays
Youth Night at Thames Ditton: £3 unlimited tuck shop, FIFA and NBA video games, Just Dance Wii, table tennis, karaoke, table football, basketball, twister and more!
Out and about Friday: past Friday Ignite outings include - pub dinner and bowling, laser quest, Jump In Esher, night walks, dinner parties
Cross-church collaborations: Sometimes we host larger socials with friends from other churches within the Newground network, or in our local area. We meet termly with youth from Hersham Baptist Church and Life Church Richmond.
Alpha Youth gives young people the space to explore their questions about life, faith and purpose. It has been created to enable young people aged 12-17 to explore core ideas of the Christian faith in a relevant, accessible and engaging way.
